JOHN R. WOODEN AWARD RELAUNCHES OFFICIAL WEB SITE AS PART OF CSTV ONLINE NETWORK

March 29, 2006

The Wooden Award, presented annually to the men's and women's college basketball Players of the Year, has launched a new-look Web site, www.woodenaward.com, in partnership with CSTV Networks - operator of CSTV: College Sports Television and its Top Ten sports site, www.CSTV.com.

The new Wooden Award site features an enhanced design and user interface, rotating stories and customized layouts for every page. In addition, the redesign takes advantage of a number of CSTV Web site features including on-line auctions. CSTV will also provide editorial content assistance and e-commerce of Wooden Award-related merchandise on the site.

The 2006 Wooden Award ceremony, which will include the presentation of the Men's and Women's Wooden Award, the Wooden Award All-American Teams, and Legends of Coaching Award recipient Jim Boeheim of Syracuse University, will be held at The Los Angeles Athletic Club on April 8, 2006, and will be broadcast live nationally by CBS Sports. The top five male and female finalists will be invited to Los Angeles for the awards ceremony and will receive a contribution from The Los Angeles Athletic Club for their university's general scholarship fund.
